 1. Manthan-2021

    I was certified for participating in the event Internal Hackathon for MANTHAN-2021 held on 25th December 2021 at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, BIET, Davangere under the faculty coordination of Dr.Arun Kumar G H and Prof.Rachana G S.

   

    It was a great opportunity to learn new things like Model training, test cases, and many more. I participated in a team "Binary Brains". It was a great chance to learn about teamwork and team coordination. A whole day coding hackathon was indeed a great day to learn.

2. Internet of Things Workshop

     I was recognized for participating in the Internet of Things Workshop organized by Rove Labs Private Limited in association with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, BIET Davangere on 30th and 31st of December 2021. I actively involved and scrutinized by experts in all the activities at the training.

    Since it was Hands-on training, it was a huge benefit to me. I worked on some mini projects on Arduino software. I developed a good mentor-fellow relationship with our expert mentors.

3. Smart India Hackathon(SIH) 

        There was another internal hackathon held for Smart India Hackathon on 23rd March of 2022 at BIET, Davangere. I was an active team member of the team "Geek Hex". We worked on "ATTENDANCE TRACKER USING FACE RECOGNITION AND QR CODE". I got good recognition from the judges and the respective faculty coordinators for presenting our idea accurately.

4. GMCS programme

    I successfully participated in the GENERAL MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS 2022, the mandatory training under the KSHAMATA SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME conducted from 27th to 29th May 2022 at World Konkani Centre, Mangaluru.  The three-day soft skills program improved me individually in a lot of things. I explored many aspects there. I learned that communication plays an important role in our life, especially in an Engineer's life.

    Most importantly, teamwork was the first noticeable thing changed in me. Everything I did in the three-day camp was completely based on how you involve yourself in a team.

5. IPRS programme

            I had a fantastic time participating in the Interpersonal Skills Camp organized by World Konkani Centre! It was an incredible opportunity to enhance my communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities. I learned so much, connected with amazing individuals, and grew personally. It was truly an unforgettable experience!

6. Tinder Clone using HTML, CSS workshop

                Thrilled to have participated in Devtown's Tinder Clone Workshop! It was an amazing 7-day journey, learning the intricacies of developing a dating app from scratch. Connected with talented developers and gained valuable insights. 

7. Front-End Development Workshop by Devtown

            I attended a 7-day front-end development workshop organized by Devtown. The workshop provided valuable insights into various aspects of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I learned new techniques and best practices, enhancing my skills and understanding of creating engaging and interactive user interfaces. 

8. Code Heist Competition

                I participated in the coding competition held by GMIT College Davangere. It was an exciting opportunity to showcase my skills and compete with talented programmers. I enjoyed the challenging problems and the chance to learn from others.
